About the role

  • Drive outbound outreach to operators and partners
  • Manage early-stage pipeline: qualification, follow-ups, meeting coordination
  • Support proposal creation, SOW drafting, and pricing prep
  • Build and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities
  • Assist CRO/leadership with prep for calls, pitches, and conferences
  • Coordinate with product, research, and activation teams
  • Own follow-up communications after demos
  • Help maintain internal sales dashboards, trackers, and templates
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Draft concise BD emails, LinkedIn outreach, and messaging scripts
  • Support event planning with logistics and client follow-up
  • Work cross-functionally to keep projects moving
  • Comfortable with fast turnaround, ambiguity, and multitasking
  • Strong writing, organization, and communication skills required
