Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or human capital consulting
Deep change management expertise
Exceptional communications craft
Campaign strategy and execution chops
Organizational complexity and consultative acumen
A builder's mindset
Resilience and adaptability
AI fluency and judgment
Executive ghostwriting and long-form editorial skills are a plus
