About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the attribution system, growth analytics function, and financial reporting
Build and maintain the growth analytics infrastructure
Mentor junior analysts and define analytical standards
Architect and own multi-touch attribution model across paid and organic channels
Own the end-to-end funnel and identify drop-off points
Build the financial bridge between marketing spend and revenue

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–7 years in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a closely related role
Deep SQL expertise against Snowflake or a comparable cloud warehouse
Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer or a comparable MMP
Experience with a CDP at the schema and pipeline level
Strong A/B testing fundamentals
Strong written and verbal communication
A track record of using AI tools - Claude preferred
