About the role

  • Develop new features, implement high-quality end-to-end solutions, and improve existing products.
  • Lead technical research and implementation of PoC greenfield projects.
  • Help formalize our front-end engineering foundations and modernize our stack.
  • Drive system resilience by maturing our E2E automation and observability: define monitoring, increase cross-device stability, and expand test coverage.
  • Partner with the team to define industry-leading QA/SRE standards and professionalize our front-end development processes.
  • Collaborate with your mentor, Product Owner and other team members to balance rapid MVP delivery with long-term system stability.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in software engineering with 4+ years of hands-on experience; primary focus on front-end development.
  • Expertise in JavaScript and modern frameworks (Vue, React, Svelte, etc.) — you will work with Vue.js here.
  • Experience in back-end development (Kotlin, Java, or similar) — you will use Kotlin with the Spring Framework here.
  • Quality-first approach: testing is not an afterthought.
  • Thrive in a high-autonomy environment and be comfortable with shared ownership.
  • Able to find your own path and ask the right questions even when documentation is imperfect.
  • Able to translate complex technical discussions into clear concepts for non-technical teammates and stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: exposure to DevOps practices and experience owning cloud infrastructure.
  • Practical knowledge of system design principles.
  • Practical interest in Kotlin, Vue.js, and E2E testing: through professional experience or personal projects.
