About the role
- Translate video materials, educational content, and project assets for our "Better Planner" and "Education" initiatives, becoming the voice of our brand in France.
- Support projects involving French customers to ensure all content is culturally relevant and linguistically accurate.
- Handle day-to-day support requests from drivers and depot teams to help them resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate closely with Product, the User Insights team, and Customer Success teams to maintain linguistic consistency across all platforms.
- Assist in direct communication with French users to ensure their needs are met with high quality and empathy.
- Refine our terminology and proactively suggest ways to make our French content even more impactful as you grow into the role.
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in French (C1–C2) and strong working proficiency in English (B2+)
- Excellent attention to detail to make translations feel natural and polished
- Well-organized and reliable, with a track record of delivering work on time
- User-centric mindset, understanding that good translation contributes to the overall user experience
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business, Logistics, Communication, Linguistics, or a similar field — motivation is more important than the exact degree
- Initial experience in translation or customer support is a plus
