About the role
- Independently creating video content in Kapwing – from concept to export.
- Translating and localizing videos into different languages on your own.
- Cut, edit, and optimize existing video material for YouTube.
- Collaborating closely with our teams to ensure consistent storytelling.
- Supporting the maintenance of our video archive and helping develop templates and guidelines.
- Together with your team, you understand and address the needs and concerns of our users.
- Act as a bridge between our users and developers to ensure feedback is directly translated into meaningful improvements.
Requirements
- Solid experience in video editing (e.g. with Kapwing, Canva, Premiere Pro, iMovie, or similar tools).
- A strong sense for visuals, text, and storytelling – even in languages you don’t speak fluently.
- You work reliably, in a structured way, and contribute your own ideas.
- You speak fluent English (C1-level).
- You're interested in digital innovation, tech topics, and process optimization.
- You are enrolled in a relevant degree program and are motivated to learn new things – for us, motivation matters more than the “perfect” degree.
- Experience with support tools.
- Knowledge of additional languages, especially French.
