About the role
- Proactively source qualified candidates based on job requirements through various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and social media
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the entire hiring process
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers
- Identify new contacts and maintain a clean, up-to-date candidate database
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve the efficiency of the recruitment funnel
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Researcher or Sourcer
- Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms
- Proven track record in market research and data analysis
- English proficiency at an Intermediate level (B1) or higher
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and a proactive mindset
