About the role
- Drive improvements in internal HR processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Take ownership of the full employee life cycle
- Lead and improve peer and performance review cycles
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members
- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment activities
- Conduct culture interviews
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR & Recruiting
- Strong understanding of the employee life cycle
- Experience leading performance review processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident in partnering with hiring managers
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Analytical thinking
- Full professional proficiency in Ukrainian
- At least an intermediate level of English
