About the role
- Lead high-impact analytics initiatives with internal teams to inform data-driven initiatives.
- Execute in-depth analysis of user behavior to identify growth opportunities and inform product optimization strategies.
- Influence direction through actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders based on statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track and communicate critical key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection and instrumentation, providing guidance on tracking implementation and data integrity.
- Collaborate with the data engineering and data science teams to refine and enhance data infrastructure and architecture to support advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Become an expert on BetterHelp data, product experience, and regulatory requirements
- Build a unified understanding of how our data, customer experiences, and goals align
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data or product analytics as an Analyst, preferably in a high-velocity consumer facing product
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker, to create compelling dashboards and reports. Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Amplitude and mixpanel.
- A track record of delivering impactful insights and driving growth.
- Expert experience with funnel analysis, cohort & segmentation analysis, and other analytics techniques.
- Strong data communication skills, including visualization, technical writing, and business writing.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder influence, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.
