About the role

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers
  • Build and maintain scalable backend
  • Work with senior engineers to design architecture
  • Deliver high-quality code rapidly
  • Participate in system design discussions
  • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
  • Work in an agile environment

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in backend development
  • Proficient in Python
  • Experience with PostgreSQL
  • Proven experience in workflow orchestration
  • Ability to analyze and resolve system bottlenecks
  • Deep understanding of concurrency and parallel processing
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, React is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Must be fluent in English
