About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer the full Atlassian suite (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Loom).
Configure, support, and optimize Intercom.
Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support for end users.
Manage Atlassian Analytics and Rovo (Atlassian AI).
Build and maintain Atlassian automations and Intercom workflows.
Lead knowledge management initiatives.
Run platform health initiatives.
Manage users, groups, and access provisioning.
Evaluate, deploy, and manage Atlassian Marketplace apps.
Support audit, compliance, and access certification activities.
Partner with business leaders to gather requirements.
Develop scripts, queries, and integrations.
Document configurations, runbooks, and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a business systems, systems engineering, or similar technical administration role.
Hands-on experience administering the Atlassian suite (Jira, JSM, Confluence, Loom) at scale.
Experience configuring and supporting Intercom in a production environment.
Proven experience building automations within Atlassian and Intercom.
Experience with Atlassian Analytics and Rovo (Atlassian AI).
Proficiency with Python, JQL, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
Experience managing users and groups via SCIM and SAML.
Experience evaluating, deploying, and managing Atlassian Marketplace apps.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability and willingness to learn new products quickly.
