About the role
- Individual Contributor as part of the Global HR Shared Services team in India supporting India and US
- Processing back-end transactions related to General Employee Queries, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation and other departments
- Ensuring relevant SLAs are met
- Preparing and maintaining data for documentation
- Managing HR documentation, paperwork, and online and offline filing
- Supporting People Process logistics, ID card creation, insurance paperwork etc.
- Following up for closure on HR activities
