About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Transform long-form videos and podcasts into highly engaging short-form clips (such as Reels, Shorts, and TikToks) tailored for social media and distribution hubs.
- Create and produce custom segments for recurring shows and standalone video-on-demand (VOD) content.
- Ensure all video assets are optimized for partner syndication, YouTube, Instagram, and other major digital platforms.
- Design high-quality, eye-catching thumbnails and visual assets to maximize click-through rates and audience engagement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of professional experience using advanced video editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro.
- A passionate sports fan and/or bettor who deeply understands what resonates with sports betting and prediction market audiences.
- Strong familiarity with current video distribution strategies, including YouTube optimization, syndication, clipping, and social media algorithms.
- Experience creating compelling digital graphics and thumbnails using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
- Exceptional core editing skills with the ability to seamlessly transition content between long-form and short-form formats.
