Business Operations Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and improve core business processes across content, product, and revenue operations.
- Translate company objectives into operational plans, timelines, and KPIs.
- Lead regular meetings to outline objectives and ensure cross-functional coordination.
- Support annual planning, goal-setting, and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage contract workflows, approvals, and coordination with Legal and Finance departments.
- Monitor and report performance of our brands directly to leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
- Industry experience in media, digital content, sports, or entertainment.
- Strong understanding of sports betting and familiarity with DFS (Daily Fantasy Sports).
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of collaboration.
