About the role

  • Own and improve core business processes across content, product, and revenue operations.
  • Translate company objectives into operational plans, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Lead regular meetings to outline objectives and ensure cross-functional coordination.
  • Support annual planning, goal-setting, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage contract workflows, approvals, and coordination with Legal and Finance departments.
  • Monitor and report performance of our brands directly to leadership.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
  • Industry experience in media, digital content, sports, or entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of sports betting and familiarity with DFS (Daily Fantasy Sports).
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of collaboration.
