About the role
- Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the launch of a new betting product in Brazil
- Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and affiliate channels
- Own localization strategy: messaging, creative assets, and cultural relevance for Brazilian audiences
- Partner closely with product, growth, and compliance teams
- Track performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI) and continuously optimize campaigns
- Manage agencies, contractors, and external partners as needed
Requirements
- 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally within the betting or iGaming industry
- Deep knowledge of the Brazilian betting ecosystem, user behavior, and regulatory landscape
- Proven experience launching or scaling a consumer product in Brazil
- Strong background in performance marketing, influencer/affiliate marketing, or growth
- Fluent in Portuguese with strong English communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and attribution tools
- Nice to have: experience with sportsbook or iGaming launches; an existing network of Brazilian creators, affiliates, or media partners; experience in a startup or high-growth environment
