About the role
- End-to-end setup and deployment of multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-app, and Web-push) within Smartico.
- Building and maintaining complex, real-time automated workflows based on user behavior, lifecycle stages, and custom events.
- Technical setup of bonuses, promo codes, and rewards.
- Creating and managing dynamic user segments using real-time data to deliver highly personalized content.
- Operating Smartico’s gamification tools, including the setup of missions, tournaments, loyalty stores, and leveling systems.
- Rigorous testing of all campaign logic and bonus triggers to ensure a seamless and error-free user experience.
- Tracking technical KPIs (delivery rates, trigger success, bonus uptake) and identifying bottlenecks in the funnel.
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ months of hands-on experience specifically using the Smartico platform in a professional environment.
- Deep understanding of how Smartico interacts with external data sources, including event-based triggers and attributes.
- Extreme precision in setting up financial incentives (bonuses) where mistakes can have a direct impact on the bottom line.
- Ability to navigate data to create effective segments and interpret A/B test results.
- Experience in high-volume industries such as iGaming, Fintech, or E-commerce.
