Set technical direction across the stack
Run design and code reviews
Unblock the team and act as project manager
Maintain the backlog and sequence work against client priorities

Embed security, compliance, and observability standards into deliveries

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in software engineering or platform engineering
At least 2 years leading a delivery team of 3+ engineers
Hands-on coding within the last 12 months is required
Deep cloud architecture experience on Azure and GCP
Strong with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Kubernetes
CI/CD pipeline design
Familiarity with security frameworks
Excellent written and verbal English
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
