About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product backlog and delivery roadmap for Salesforce platform initiatives
  • Partner closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, and other business teams
  • Gather business requirements through stakeholder interviews
  • Translate requirements into well-defined user stories
  • Own and groom the product backlog
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce engineering team
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner on Salesforce projects
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud (CPQ)
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate discovery workshops, refinement sessions, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder reviews
  • Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing a prioritized product backlog in a Scrum or Scaled Agile environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to initiate and nurture relationships at all levels
