Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Strong experience with SQL and working with structured datasets
- Experience building dashboards in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience supporting both reporting and data quality/governance efforts
- Strong attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and consistency
- Ability to connect data to business context and outcomes
- Comfortable identifying issues in data and proactively driving improvements
- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across business and technical teams
