About the role
- Assist in the onboarding of new vendors, ensuring all contracts, tracking links, assets, and game information are in place.
- Maintain up-to-date partner records, dashboards, and internal documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for general partner inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain organized files, contracts, and communication history.
- Support competitive research on partners, game offerings, and market trends.
- Help coordinate partner-driven campaigns, promotions, giveaways, and content placements.
- Collect and distribute creative assets, sweepstakes disclosures, and brand guidelines to partners.
- Track campaign deliverables and ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Analytics to support partnership initiatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal teams and partners.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing, account coordination within the iGaming industry
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn about sweepstakes, gaming, and performance marketing.
