About the role
- Support data management process with high accuracy
- Handle global teams while meeting operational requirements
- Manage either vision control, Price Manager, or Global Tote Compulsory checks
- Check slack and update team on RDC vision control inquiries
- Handle manual meetings (scratches, closing, and resulting)
- Work on a 24/7 roster on a rotational basis
Requirements
- G.C.E Ordinary Level/ Advanced Level
- 1-2 years’ work experience
- Minimum Age between 20-28
- Degrees in management and IT (added advantage)
- Experience in the BPO/KPO industry (added advantage)
- Flexibility to work on a shift/roster basis
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer Literacy
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude
- Proactive
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of wagering industry (advantage)
- Microsoft and Google Suite Knowledge
