About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct initial medical assessments of clients and administer medications as ordered
- Document client concerns and communicate patient needs, changes, and psychiatric emergencies to the Nurse Manager
- Provide patient education and referrals
- Enter prescriptions into electronic client records
- Transcribe doctor’s orders
- Generate and review reports
- Maintain adequate inventory of controlled substances
- Provide medication-assisted treatment and counseling services within the Opioid Treatment Program
- Support services including individual and group therapy, health and wellness education, annual physical evaluations, lab work, and monthly pregnancy visits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid and current Massachusetts licensure as an RN or LPN
- Current certification in CPR
- Experience with addiction treatment services preferred, but not required
- Must be vaccinated against influenza as a condition of employment

Comp & perks- Base hourly wage range of $38.76–$52.17
