About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Greets patients and visitors demonstrating courtesy, service, respect, and privacy.
- Serves as a central communication source in the delivery of patient care.
- Provides accurate information, directions and/or guidance and follows up promptly.
- Performs check in, registration, scheduling, and verification of demographic information.
- Collects co-payments and schedules appointments to accommodate patient needs.

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years related work experience required
- Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications
- Some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access
- Certificate 1 Medical Admin Assistant Cert preferred.
