About the role
- Responsible for the daily management of business operations for assigned divisions across all practice locations
- In conjunction with the Medical Leadership, responsible for implementing and maintaining quality and performance standards for all facets of the practices
- Monitor patient and staff satisfaction to ensure high quality, patient-centric care is provided
- Assist with maintenance and ongoing development of the annual budget
- Serve as the principal liaison between clinical, administrative, and financial teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related area of study and 5 years of directly related experience in a hospital or health care setting
- Master's in business administration or health care or related field, preferred
- Strong knowledge of managerial and budgetary practices
- Excellent personnel management skills and demonstrated ability to provide leadership
- Skills in critical judgment and thinking
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
