About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensuring the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities
- Observes and supervises clients and unit; conducts 30 minute client well-being checks
- Conducts telephone admission screenings as well as other admissions duties
- Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor
- Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience working with substance use population is preferred
- Valid MA Driver’s License in good standing preferred
