About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a portfolio of 30-50 donors and prospects
Establish, implement, and execute annual and multi-year fundraising strategies
Participate in the planning of multi-year campaigns
Assist in the development of donor strategies
Collaborate with Donor Relations and Events for donor engagement
Engage Prospect Development team for strategic donor identification
Coordinate outreach and activities with prospects/donors
Increase engagement and leadership in philanthropy
Prepare contact reports from donor interactions
Attend meetings and events related to fundraising activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred
Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in philanthropy
Proven track record of building donor relationships and securing large gifts
Healthcare fundraising experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to interface effectively across all levels of the system
Ability and willingness to travel, as necessary
