Requirements

What you’ll need

Physical Therapist with current licensure to practice therapy in the state of Massachusetts
Active American Health Association BLS
Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy; DPT preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years physical therapy experience, at least one of which is in the area of public health or home care preferred
OASIS experience preferred
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in good working order
