Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate patient care for assigned caseload

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Physical Therapist with current licensure to practice therapy in the state of Massachusetts
  • Active American Health Association BLS
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy; DPT preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years physical therapy experience, at least one of which is in the area of public health or home care preferred
  • OASIS experience preferred
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in good working order
