Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partners in the planning process to ensure strategic plans drive business results
  • Contributes to the development of people strategies that support a high performing culture
  • Supports and influences key operational and strategic decisions
  • Provides input to HR Centers of Excellence regarding specific functional strategies
  • Serves as an advocate for business leaders and managers
  • Participates in the interview and selection process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Business required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • More than 10 years related work experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years Human Resources generalist experience across multiple disciplines
  • 1-3 years supervisory/management experience required
  • Build strong, cross-functional relationships
  • Knowledge of the HR functions and associated HR policies
  • Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and Microsoft Office applications
