About the role
- Assist in the admitting, discharging and transferring process ensuring patient safety
- Monitor patient valuables during body and belonging search
- Provide supportive, respectful, non-judgmental care to adult clients
- Assist with Case Management duties including client contact, team meetings, and collaboration with service providers
- Act as liaison to inpatient facilities and maintain communications
- Participate in treatment team meetings and assist with care plans
- Record and report observed symptoms and changes in patient’s status
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field required
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries
