About the role
- Delivering world-class support services across all Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. (BILH) entities
- Identifying, evaluating, analyzing, and recommending changes to assigned applications
- Supports the planning, design, development, and configuration of applications
- Provides go-live support and serves as primary contact for maintenance and troubleshooting
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two (2) years of experience implementing, designing, and/or managing EHR and clinical systems
- Experience working with clinical information systems
- Experience in full implementation software development cycle
- Knowledge of HL7 coding standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs
