About the role
- Evaluate patients' mobility and motor function to assess functional performance
- Develop and implement goal-directed, activity-oriented treatment plans
- Promote optimum independence in functional mobility and daily life tasks
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Provide patient, family, and community education on physical therapy and rehabilitation
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Stay current with best practices and emerging techniques in physical therapy
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
