About the role
- Utilize the Epic Hospital Billing System to review and monitor accounts
- Contact insurance carriers to confirm payment dates and resolve claims issues
- Perform all Hospital Billing, Follow-Up, and Denial activities necessary to obtain payment/resolution
Requirements
- At least five (5) years accounts receivable experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Epic Hospital Billing Follow Up and Denial workflows
- High School Diploma / GED Required
