About the role
- Spearhead the workstream responsible for the FanDuel Marketing Platform
- Drive strategic investments in platform infrastructure
- Build trusted partnerships across teams and domains
- Provide inspirational leadership to a team of Engineering Managers, Engineers, and Test professionals
- Ensure fit-for-purpose engineering practices and pipelines are in place
- Maintain high levels of uptime and rapid resolution of customer-facing issues
- Measure and improve engineering metrics using delivery tools
- Collaborate with the Head of Delivery for effective delivery practices
Requirements
- Previous Senior Management experience is required
- Experienced in leading technology teams
- Successful track record of delivering complex technology projects and programs
- Familiar with agile, lean software and design-thinking development methodologies
- Ability to nurture and enhance the capabilities of your team
- Capable of setting priorities and focusing teams on what is most important
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Open mindset for implementing AI in SDLC
