About the role
- Achieving the annual revenue plan across a national territory through virtual and strategic selling
- Aligning with the overall corporate strategy of market penetration
- Driving national end-customer demand and supporting distributor growth
- Managing a portfolio of national and strategic accounts
- Reviewing sales penetration across key product categories
- Achieving annual distribution and end-customer sales targets
- Partnering with Regional Sales Directors and Field Sales Support teams
- Developing strategic growth plans with distributors
- Implementing pricing strategies and contract management for distribution partners
- Executing promotional programs provided by the marketing team
- Utilizing CRM to track sales activity, customer interactions, and competitive insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Sales
- 3-5 years of progressive sales management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience using iPhones and laptops for business applications
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Ability to manage and grow national accounts in a virtual selling environment
