About the role

  • Lead the Sports Analytics team responsible for delivering analytics for betting products, strategies and offers
  • Build, manage and help grow a team of data analysts
  • Coach and upskill the team by providing hands-on technical and business guidance to ensure high quality of insights and output
  • Define the evolution of our analytical strategy for performance analytics, strategic projects and data products
  • Maintain close relationships with stakeholders across business teams and other data departments
  • Influence business teams to adopt the right KPIs and strategies
  • Deliver insightful analyses with clear, actionable recommendations that will rapidly impact the product

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent from a top university
  • Proficient in SQL and Python
  • Previous experience managing and growing Data Analytics teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player, able to collaborate effectively in a matrix environment and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry and a basic understanding of the gambling business model and product offering
