About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and deploy Betclic’s Group Talent & Capability strategy aligned with business priorities and future organizational needs.
- Build talent frameworks that anticipate workforce evolution and support the company’s AI transformation.
- Partner with HR Business Partners on strategic workforce and capability planning.
- Design and implement Betclic’s Leadership Framework and leadership philosophy.
- Create leadership development journeys for managers, senior leaders and executive teams.
- Lead Talent Review processes, succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
- Increase visibility of internal talent while strengthening career development and internal mobility opportunities.
- Foster a company-wide culture of continuous learning, feedback and knowledge sharing.
- Design innovative learning experiences combining digital learning, coaching, communities and experiential development.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning accessibility, personalization and business impact.
- Define KPIs and leverage people analytics to measure learning effectiveness, leadership development and talent progression.
- Continuously improve talent initiatives based on business outcomes and employee feedback.
- Lead and develop the Talent Development & Learning Center of Excellence.
- Establish governance, methodologies and Group standards while supporting local business adaptation.
- Collaborate with the wider People organization to deliver integrated HR solutions across the Group.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have significant experience leading Talent Management, Leadership Development or Learning functions within an international and fast-paced environment.
- You have successfully designed and implemented talent strategies closely aligned with business priorities.
- You are comfortable partnering with senior executives on leadership, organizational development and transformation topics.
- You possess outstanding stakeholder management, consulting and influencing skills.
- You combine strategic vision with strong execution capabilities.
- You adopt a data-driven approach and know how to translate insights into impactful actions.
- You are passionate about leadership development, succession planning and organizational capability building.
- You are curious about AI and its impact on learning, skills development and the future of work.
- You enjoy building scalable frameworks, governance and sustainable talent practices.
- You are fluent in both English and French.
