About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify the most relevant GenAI use cases to improve the efficiency, coverage, and reliability of testing practices
Integrate DevX AI agents into testing workflows: automated test coverage review, missing scenario suggestions, anomaly detection, and test design support
Define quality standards for AI-generated or AI-assisted code, covering validation, security, reliability, maintainability, and alignment with engineering practices
Measure the impact of AI on quality metrics such as coverage, detection time, regression rate, manual effort, velocity, and production reliability
Define, lead, and deploy Betclic’s QA / Quality Engineering strategy, ensuring practices deliver measurable results
Establish and monitor key quality indicators to measure the impact of QA initiatives and drive accountability within teams
Present quality strategy, results, and trade-offs to executive stakeholders
Lead and support a team of quality experts, ensuring their skills development and professional growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong background as a Software Engineer, QA Engineer, Test Architect, or Quality Engineering Leader, with confidence and credibility working with code
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in software engineering environments, including at least 2 years managing a technical team in QA, testing, or development
Significant experience in test strategy and leadership, with a proven ability to design and implement comprehensive QA strategies
Clear vision of how GenAI is transforming testing practices and a desire to be at the forefront of that transformation
Experience delivering end-to-end quality testing in complex environments, including web, mobile, and backend domains
Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your message to different audiences, from engineers to executive stakeholders
Fluent in French and English, enabling effective collaboration with international teams
