About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a strategic sparring partner to Directors and VPs on organizational, talent, and performance topics
  • Support organizational design and operating model evolution
  • Drive workforce planning aligned with business priorities and budget
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and identification of key talent
  • Advise managers on performance management and complex HR situations
  • Monitor engagement and support action plans to improve team health
  • Support change management initiatives and help teams navigate organizational transformations
  • Ensure strong governance of compensation and people processes
  • Contribute to HR frameworks (job architecture, career paths, skills)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 10 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Comfortable advising senior stakeholders (Directors, VPs, C-level)
  • Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, and HR governance
  • Thrive in dynamic and demanding environments
  • Agile and adaptable
  • A driving force and a source of new ideas
  • Thrive in a team environment
  • Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Data-driven and able to translate insights into actions
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
