About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a strategic sparring partner to Directors and VPs on organizational, talent, and performance topics
Support organizational design and operating model evolution
Drive workforce planning aligned with business priorities and budget
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and identification of key talent
Advise managers on performance management and complex HR situations
Monitor engagement and support action plans to improve team health
Support change management initiatives and help teams navigate organizational transformations
Ensure strong governance of compensation and people processes
Contribute to HR frameworks (job architecture, career paths, skills)

Requirements

What you’ll need

More than 10 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, international environment
Comfortable advising senior stakeholders (Directors, VPs, C-level)
Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, and HR governance
Thrive in dynamic and demanding environments
Agile and adaptable
A driving force and a source of new ideas
Thrive in a team environment
Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Data-driven and able to translate insights into actions
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
