About the role

  • Deploy AI use cases across the research lifecycle (planning, analysis, synthesis), build AI agents, automate qualitative and quantitative analysis, and integrate these solutions into the existing tech stack.
  • Set up user feedback collection systems (e.g., in-app satisfaction pop-ups), structure their analysis, and integrate them into a continuous insights monitoring system.
  • Structure and maintain the research repository, improve accessibility, and drive the adoption of insights across teams.
  • Manage and evolve the research tools stack, run continuous benchmarking (especially of AI tools), and improve adoption across teams.
  • Support the setup and execution of international studies (recruitment, coordination, ensuring data quality).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Research Ops or User Research
  • Comfortable managing participant panels, databases, and research tools (Dovetail, UserTesting, Maze, Lookback, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of repository and knowledge-management challenges
  • Strong interest in applying AI to user research
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data, Engineering, etc.)
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and well organized
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
