About the role
- Responsible for media planning, buying, and performance evaluation across all channels
- Negotiation and management of media deals to maximize ROI
- Direct relationship with major media groups to secure priority access and better negotiation power
- Close collaboration with agencies to optimize placements and investments
- Analysis of consumer insights and measurement of campaign impact
- Continuous refinement of media strategies based on data-driven decision
- Optimization of budgets, audience targeting, and brand positioning in the market
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in media planning, buying, and negotiation – across all media, with a strong digital focus
- High-energy, forward-thinking profile eager to grow within a leading brand
- Strong digital innovative and creative mindset
- Knowledge of media and data analysis tools
- Degree in Management or related areas
