About the role

  • Contribute to the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports, ensuring data quality and reliability
  • Support variance analysis between budget and actuals and propose corrective actions
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of management and reporting tools, in collaboration with the FP&A team
  • Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to staff costs
  • Participate in closing meetings and budgeting processes, providing accurate and analytical insights
  • Contribute to the documentation and formalization of controlling procedures
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure data consistency and a clear understanding of results

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Management Control, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in management control, ideally in an international environment or within HR/staff cost controlling
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting and management tools
  • Good professional command of English
  • Fluent in French
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-evolving environment
