• Support cost control and budgeting for campaigns and audiovisual productions.
• Track invoicing with production suppliers and the agency's clients.
• Provide support in managing supplier payments and receivables.
• Maintain and update financial spreadsheets for ongoing productions and campaigns.
• Organize and file tax documents and contracts related to productions.
• Ensure deadlines are met and the accuracy of billing and financial processes.
• Collaborate with internal RTV, production and finance teams to ensure the accuracy of data and reports.
