Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and interpret evolving US, foreign, and state tax legislation
Define product vision and contribute to tax reporting roadmap
Analyze complex regulatory and business issues
Develop and maintain expertise in cost basis and informational reporting
Drive business testing and validation of use cases
Own product side of annual tax season execution
Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with cost basis and tax reporting analysis required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MS/MBA in taxation preferred
Extensive knowledge of IRS information reporting requirements
Detailed knowledge of tax withholding and reporting for securities
FATCA knowledge/experience
Strong analytical skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint), Jira, Confluence
