About the role
- Support project management activities, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones for HR initiatives and programs.
- Assist in coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress on HR initiatives, projects and programs.
- Help facilitate communication between HR team members, managers, and employees, draft internal messages or updates for HR programs and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in creating and organizing reports, presentations, and HR-related materials for meetings and leadership reviews.
- Participate in the implementation and evaluation of HR processes, policies, and improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the organization and execution of HR-led events, training sessions, and team activities.
- Learn and apply project management, HR and business administration tools (such as Microsoft Project, Excel, or SharePoint) in a professional setting.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and supporting change management efforts within the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee and business information and records.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of project management and business operations.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Willingness to learn new HR systems, business technologies and project management methodologies.
