About the role

  • Respond to client inquiries and requests, serving as the first point of contact for support issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate solution of routine client issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting for client-facing systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in incident and problem management processes, supporting recovery and client communication efforts.
  • Assist in documenting client support activities and generating reports for management review.
  • Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance service delivery and technical skills.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field.
