About the role
- Lead cross-functional coordination to deliver engineering drawings and implement changes
- Drive continuous improvement and streamline processes to meet schedules while ensuring quality and regulatory standards
- Ensure efficient delivery of engineering drawings and change implementation
- Oversee Non-Conformity management and drive timely resolution through cross-functional collaboration
- Synchronize cross-functional deliverables, schedules, and milestones to maintain build readiness
- Facilitate communication among Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Production to promptly resolve issues
- Track progress, resolve issues swiftly, and report project status, risks, NCR metrics, and key deliverables to leadership
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant discipline
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Risk management experience
- Project Management certification (desired)
- Aerospace experience (desired)
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, SPC, DOE) and data-driven root cause analysis
- Experience with MES, PLM, and ERP systems (e.g., PLEX, 3Dx, Delmia), supporting digital thread and configuration control
