About the role

  • Operation, administration and further development of a Mainframe IT infrastructure (hardware and software) that serves both as the foundation for software development and for the delivery of services
  • Collaboration within a dynamic, high-performing team
  • Get to know the variety of IT systems and products to be supported and, after an onboarding period, perform their administration
  • Work together with colleagues at the interfaces to the distributed IT environment

Requirements

  • A completed technical university degree or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in z/OS system administration
  • Enthusiasm and passion for administering and optimizing IT systems
  • Curiosity and willingness to test and adopt unfamiliar IT products
  • High standards for the provisioning, availability and performance of the IT systems you will manage
