- Test a broad software landscape: work with systems ranging from z/OS mainframe environments to dynamic cloud technologies
- Thoroughly evaluate software: identify weaknesses, simulate failure scenarios, and intentionally stress systems
- Drive automation: you are motivated to independently develop innovative approaches to test automation — we provide the framework and support to bring your ideas to life
- Fault analysis and process optimization: collaborate closely with our developers to identify bugs and implement sustainable improvements

Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
- Good German and English language skills
- Strong analytical mindset — you spot issues others miss
- Enthusiasm for technology, software, and automation
- Basic understanding of software and AI — deep expertise is not required, but interest in current technologies is an advantage
- Structured working style and the ability to work into complex systems
- Experience in natural sciences, engineering, or IT is beneficial — personal projects in software development or automation also count
