About the role
- As the first point of contact for our employees, you are the heart of our HR area.
- You support the smooth operation of our personnel processes,
- keep track of administrative matters and create a positive HR experience in the company through your service-oriented approach.
- Main responsibilities include: First point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters
- Maintenance of employee master data in the HR system (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) as well as preparation of reports and certificates
- Organization and administration of our benefits programs
- Independently coordinating training management: needs assessment, booking, tracking attendance and certifications
- Support in HR processes such as onboarding, contract and document management
- Collaboration on HR projects and active development of internal procedures and processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in human resources, ideally in a mid-sized company or IT-related environment
- Good knowledge of personnel administration, training and benefits management
- Confident use of the MS Office suite, experience with HR systems (SAP S/4HANA or similar)
- Independent, structured and service-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent and team spirit
- High discretion and sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data
- Very good German skills, good English skills
