About the role
- Own and manage the casino game portfolio across multiple markets
- Create and execute the Game Release Roadmap
- Research games, providers, and market trends to optimize content strategy
- Maintain strong relationships with game providers and evaluate new opportunities
- Structure and optimize casino lobbies, categories, and game placement
- Monitor game and lobby performance KPIs and implement improvements
- Ensure content aligns with player engagement goals
- Communicate roadmap priorities to internal teams, including CRM, Marketing, Product, and QA
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth delivery
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory restrictions for each jurisdiction
- Support audits and ad hoc information requests
- Provide reporting on KPIs, delivery, and performance
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an online casino Content, Games, or Casino role
- Hands-on experience managing casino lobbies and game categorization
- Strong understanding of game performance metrics and player behaviour
- Experience working in regulated markets
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing relationships with game providers
- Able to navigate complex, constantly changing environments
- Independent, reliable self-starter.
- Nice to have: Experience within the iGaming industry.
